-Novint Announces Consumer

Conference, Novint announced our development of a new haptic interface
device that will bring interactive 3D touch to the consumer market. The
device, the Novint Falcon, enables people to experience a realistic sense
of touch on their computer, transforming how they play and interact. The
Novint Falcon is expected to retail for under $100 in mass market volumes.

On 1/26/05 Manhattan Scientifics announced a change of auditor. The new auditor, A.J. Robbins PC replaced Richard A. Eisner & Co. LLP.
The decision was made by the Company's audit committee and ratified by the board of directors. The Company filed a form 8K with the SEC to codify this decision
