(Pink Sheets: MHTX) is pleased to announce that Emmanuel (Manny) Tsoupanarias has been named as the company Chief Executive Officer effective November 1, 2007. Tsoupanarias brings to Manhattan Scientifics more than 15 years of senior management and executive experience in the power generation manufacturing sector.

Tsoupanarias has spent over a decade designing and running a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant producing highest quality standard materials for the power and the nuclear industries.

Tsoupanarias is also the founder and editor of FuelCellWorks.com, a weekly trade publication that has become the voice of the fuel cell industry. Tsoupanarias is internationally recognized as an expert in fuel cell development.
