The acquisition was part of a transaction in which New Mexico Software was acquired by Conserve, Inc., which changed its corporate name to NMxS.com, issued a controlling block of common stock to New Mexico Software shareholders and appointed a new board of directors designated by New Mexico Software.

The transaction also included the successful completion of a private offering of 2,360,500 shares that raised $1,770,375. There are a total of 19,573,832 shares of NMxS.com outstanding.
