		Marvin Maslow Marvin Maslow is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Manhattan Scientifics Inc.

		Leonard Friedman, Esq. Mr. Friedman holds a Master of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees. A founding and senior partner with the law firm of Anes, Friedman, Leventhal & Rubin.

		Frank Georgiou Mr. Georgiou is a successful businessman with over 30 years of experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality sectors.

		Chris Theoharis An Accountant with business experience, Mr. Theoharis has a financial advisor /broker background working for both Morgan Stanley and American Express Financial.

A Few Words About Us

Since its inception Manhattan Scientifics Inc. has been a technology developer that nurtures financially promising technologies with potential global commercial applications. Manhattan Scientifics has enjoyed a "Special informal relationship" and a lengthy successful history in tech-transfer from the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and the Sandia National Laboratory (SNL).

An example of this relationship was the seed funding and launch of Novint Technologies, which acquired the exclusive, perpetual, global license to the Haptics touch technology from SNL and now trades as a listed company in the USA. http://www.novint.com (NVNT).

		Dr. Arthur Kaufman Previously Co-founder and Chief Scientist of H-Power.			Donald J. Sandstrom 42 years with Los Alamos National Laboratory. Materials Science Technology Division Leader.

		Dr. Henry Rack Dr. Rack received his B.S., M.S. and Sc.D in Metallurgy from MIT.
