Manhattan Scientifics Announces Fully Reporting Status, Applies for Listing on OTCBB

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Manhattan Scientifics, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MHTX) announced today that the company has filed its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, is now current in its periodic reporting with the SEC and is seeking a quotation on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.

The company has provided information to a broker dealer who, on behalf of the company, has filed a Form 211 application for the OTCBB quotation.

The company will provide an update to shareholders once it receives information from the broker dealer on the status of the application.
